The hotel was quaint, I liked new-fashioned rooms and incredible staff. My room included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Check-in was the best. The location was favourable, relatively close to The Art Institute of Chicago.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Chicago. What I liked was my luxurious room with gorgeous breakfast. The folks working here were courteous. It was in a central setting close to everything.

fairly clean hotel and room, especially nice breakfast. the room was immaculate and had contemporary decor. i loved all the facilities and the outstanding view. workers were fantastically friendly, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. smooth check-in, late check-out. i had a special stay at this lovely property.
